an open air shopping village, over a hundred and thirty brands beside the A1 Valdichiana Bettolle exit
This is not a shopping centre but a village built for the purpose: open air streets, squares and arcades, with olive trees and flowerbeds in between and the shops behind the arches. You walk outdoors, which after a stretch of driving is reason enough to stop. There are over a hundred and thirty brands, and the restaurants stay open longer than the shops, so the stop still works at the end of the day. Anyone arriving by motorhome has a dedicated area, used for the length of the visit.
Getting there
- A1 motorway, Valdichiana Bettolle exit, then follow the signs for the village
- The coordinates on this page are those of the camper area: the village has no single gate, and for anyone arriving by motorhome that is the point that matters
- Parking is free and there is no overnight area: you stop for as long as the visit takes
- Without your own vehicle: Arezzo station, then Autolinee Toscane bus line LS5 Arezzo to Foiano to Bettolle, leaving from the Tiemme terminal

Duration half a day for a full round; the shops open at 10:00 and close at 20:00, while the restaurants stay open later

- Shop hours Monday to Sunday 10:00 to 20:00; restaurants and cafés Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 21:00, Friday to Sunday and public holidays 9:00 to 22:00
- Special summer openings: in 2026, on Saturdays 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 August, the shops run 10:00 to 21:00 and the food and drink 10:00 to 22:00; the dates change every summer, so check them again on the official site
- Eating ranges from local cooking to piadina bars and poke houses
- Family services: a children's play area and pushchair hire; baby changing tables do not appear on the official site, so they need checking
